Chapelle originale de 1668, démolie en 1697 ; auparavant se trouvait ici probablement la soi-disant "Chapelle de Notre-Dame des Riemen", appartenant aux Catharinistes. Chapelle actuelle avec jardin entourant une grille en fonte, de 1894 selon les plans de J. Goethals. Plan octogonal sous un toit en tente plié (ardoises) avec lanterne, portail rectangulaire sous un toit à deux versants. Construction en briques sur socle en pierre naturelle, délimité par une frise en arc de cercle en briques et une corniche dentelée. Porte en arc segmentaire sous une corniche. Fenêtre à arc alterné avec socle biseauté et oculus.
