Chastre-Villeroux er en by i den belgiske provins Waals-Brabant. Sammen med Blanmont udgør det Chastre-Villeroux-Blanmont, en delkommune af kommunen Chastre. Chastre-Villeroux består selv af landsbycentret i Chastre mod øst og Villeroux mod vest.
På Ferraris-kortet fra 1770'erne er landsbyerne Ch.re Dame Alene og Vilroux angivet. I slutningen af det ancien régime blev både Chastre og Villeroux en selvstændig kommune, men disse blev ved kejserligt dekret fra 1811 igen ophævet og forenet i kommunen Chastre-Villeroux. Den nye kommune eksisterede ikke længe, da denne kommune i den hollandske periode blev sammensluttet med kommunen Blanmont til den nye kommune Chastre-Villeroux-Blanmont.
