Gotthardtunnelen, på tysk også kaldet Gotthard-Scheiteltunnel, er en jernbanetunnel på Gotthard jernbanelinjen og løber under Gotthardpasset gennem det schweiziske Gotthardmassiv. Den 15.003 meter lange tunnel består af et enkelt tunnelrør med to spor og løber mellem landsbyen Göschenen, der ligger i kantonen Uri, og landsbyen Airolo, der ligger i kantonen Ticino. Tunnelen blev åbnet i 1882.
Fra det nordlige tunnelportal i en højde af 1106 meter i Göschenen når tunnelstrækningen efter 8 kilometer det højeste punkt på Gotthard jernbanelinjen med en højde af 1151 meter. To kilometer længere nås kantonsgrænsen, og efter yderligere fem kilometer det sydlige tunnelportal med en højde af 1142 meter ved Airolo. Turen gennem tunnelen tager, ved en hastighed på 100 km/t, cirka ni minutter.
