Grächen er en kommune og by i den schweiziske kanton Valais og er en del af distrikterne Visp.
Grächen har 1.396 indbyggere og er delvist bilfrit. Landsbyen ligger på en højderyg i den schweiziske Mattertal på en højde af cirka 1600 meter. Fra landsbyen er der en smuk panoramaudsigt over blandt andet Weisshorn og Bietschhorn. På klare dage er Matterhorn, et af de højeste bjerge i Schweiz, synligt. Den oprindeligt landbrugsbaserede landsby fokuserer i dag på turisme og er særlig populær blandt familier med børn.
