Sex Machines Museum er et sexmuseum i Prag, Tjekkiet, som har en samling af sexlegetøj. Etableret i 2002, er det beliggende nær den Gamle Rådhusplads. Det officielle website for Sex Machines Museum beskriver sig selv som "en udstilling af mekaniske erotiske apparater, hvis formål er at bringe nydelse og tillade ekstraordinære og usædvanlige stillinger under samleje." Det er det eneste sexmuseum i verden, der udelukkende er dedikeret til sexmaskiner.
