Il Museo delle Macchine Sessuali è un museo del sesso a Praga, nella Repubblica Ceca, che ha una collezione di dispositivi sessuali. Fondato nel 2002, si trova vicino alla Piazza della Città Vecchia. Il sito ufficiale del Museo delle Macchine Sessuali si descrive come "un'esposizione di apparecchi erotici meccanici, il cui scopo è quello di portare piacere e consentire posizioni straordinarie e insolite durante il rapporto sessuale." È l'unico museo del sesso al mondo interamente dedicato alle macchine sessuali.
