Sehlde er en kommune i den nederlandske Landkreis Wolfenbüttel. Den ligger i sydvest for Samtgemeinde Baddeckenstedt, som har sit administrationssæde i Baddeckenstedt.
Sehlde ligger ved østfoden af højderyggen Hainberg ved Innerste, hvor Neile munder ud 900 m sydøst for byens udkant. Nabo kommuner og byer er Baddeckenstedt og Heere i nord-nordvest samt Haverlah i øst-nordøst, Wallmoden i syd-sydøst samt Bockenem i vest-sydvest og Holle i nordvest.
