Bad Sachsa er en lille by i Niedersachsen på den sydlige kant af Harzen i Landkreis Göttingen, cirka 50 km øst for Göttingen. Byen er en statsligt anerkendt helbredsklimatisk kurby.
Byen bliver gennemstrømmet af Uffe; tæt på byens centrum ligger den kunstigt anlagte smelte- sø. Den højeste hævning i nærmeste område er Ravensberg med 659 m over NHN cirka 5,5 km nordvest for byens centrum.
