Biendorf er en kommune i Landkreis Rostock i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Den administreres af Amts Neubukow-Salzhaff med kontor i byen Neubukow.
Kommune Biendorf ligger mellem de fire byer Neubukow, Kröpelin, Kühlungsborn og Rerik cirka 10 km fra Østersøkysten i nord og fra Salzhaff i vest. Kommunens område ligger i gennemsnitlig højde af 30 m over havets overflade. Syd for byen Biendorf ligger den ca. 6 ha store sø Neues Torfmoor. Hellbach flyder gennem byerne Jörnstorf og Westenbrügge. I kommuneområdet findes der to større skovområder, Biendorfer Tannen med 156 ha og øst for Westenbrügge Westenbrügger Holz med ca. 200 ha.
