Struppen er en kommune i Landkreis Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge, Fristaten Sachsen. Den ligger i en bred dal til venstre for Elben og tilhører forvaltningsfællesskabet Königstein.
Kommune Struppen ligger omkring 25 kilometer opstrøms fra Dresdens bycentrum i den Sächsiske Schweiz. Mellem byerne Wehlen, Rathen, Königstein og kredsbyen Pirna klemmes kommuneområdet ind til en Elbsløjfe, uden at flodløbet fungerer som kommunegrænse.
