Castell er en kommune i den underfrankiske Landkreis Kitzingen og et medlem af forvaltningsfællesskabet Wiesentheid. Stedet er nært knyttet til fyrstefamilien Castell, som har sit hovedsæde her.
Den særlige betydning af Castell er begrundet i, at det indtil 1806 var hovedstad i den rigsfri grevskab Castell. På grund af den tidligere selvstændighed er Castell også sæde for et dekanat i den evangelisk-lutherske kirke i Bayern.
