Ostramondra er en kommune i Landkreis Sömmerda i Thüringen. Den tilhører forvaltningsfællesskabet Kölleda, som har sit administrationskontor i byen Kölleda.
Ostramondra ligger på den sydlige kant af Finne mellem Thüringer Pforte og det nordligste vinområde Freyburg. Til Ostramondra hører bydelen Rettgenstedt. Bækken Schafau løber gennem Ostramondra, hvor Litterbach fra nord flyder ind.
