Gnarrenburg er en kommune i Landkreis Rotenburg i Niedersachsen. Den ligger ved Oste-Hamme-kanalen mellem Zeven, Bremervörde og Osterholz-Scharmbeck og har omkring 9180 indbyggere, hvoraf cirka 3100 bor i hovedbyen Gnarrenburg.
Gnarrenburg er centrumkommune for turisme i Teufelsmoor. Byen har en station på den for det meste turistmæssige jernbanelinje Osterholz-Scharmbeck–Bremervörde, den såkaldte Moorexpress. Området krydses af Hamme-Oste-kanalen, som forbinder de to floder Hamme og Oste. Denne blev tidligere brugt til torvlevering til Bremen og Hamburg.
