Wilthen er en saksisk by i nærheden af den tjekkiske grænse på kanten af Oberlausitz i Bautzen kommune. Byen kalder sig selv også "Byen for brændevin".
Wilthen ligger cirka 9 km syd for den store krejsby Bautzen og 45 km øst for Dresden ved Butterwasser i Lausitzer Bjergland.
