Diekholzen er en landsby og en kommune i distriktet Hildesheim i Niedersachsen, Tyskland. Den ligger cirka 6 km sydvest for Hildesheim ved Beuster, en biflod til Innerste.
I 1974 blev de tidligere landsbyer Diekholzen, Söhre, Barienrode og Egenstedt forenet for at danne kommunen Diekholzen. Hver landsby har sin egen historie og forskellige seværdigheder. De fleste af indbyggerne er romersk-katolske. Den største landsby i kommunen er Diekholzen med en administrationsbygning, en skole, et hospital, flere butikker, et supermarked, nogle restauranter og et hotel. Flere gange om dagen er hver landsby i kommunen tilgængelig fra Hildesheim og fra Alfeld med bus.
