Achim () er den største by og en selvstændig kommune i Landkreis Verden i Niedersachsen. Beliggende sydøst for Bremen kaldes den også ofte Achim ved Bremen.
Achim ligger i Mittelweserniederung ved kanten af Achim-Verdener Geest. I nærheden af byen findes der naturbevarede moser. Achim ligger ved Weser og ved den gamle Aller, der danner en biflod til Aller og munder ud i Weser ved Baden.
