Manderscheid er et kurbad med 1.416 indbyggere i Eifel i den tyske delstat Rheinland-Pfalz. Det ligger ved floden Lieser.
Kendt er Oberburg og Niederburg. Begge disse borge symboliserer områdets historie, som blev domineret af to magtblokke. Oberburg tilhørte kurfyrstedømmet Trier, mens Niederburg og de fleste omkringliggende kommuner var afhængige af Luxemburg. Faktisk var de således det østligste punkt i De Sydlige Nederlande. Niederburg var stamslottet for greverne af Manderscheid. I 1815 blev disse områder tildelt Preussen.
