Fargau-Pratjau er en kommune i Plön-distriktet i Schleswig-Holstein. Det tidligere herregård Salzau, som fungerede som landskulturcenter og er kendt for Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival, ligger i kommunen.
Kommunen Fargau-Pratjau består af elleve steder: Ernsthausen, Fargau, Friedrichsfelde, Hütten, Münstertal, Legbank, Louisenthal, Salzau, Neu-Sophienhof, Pratjau og Sophienhof.
