Palzem ved Obermosel er en bykommune i Landkreis Trier-Saarburg i Rheinland-Pfalz. Den tilhører Verbandsgemeinde Saarburg-Kell. Palzem er den sydligste Moselkommune i Rheinland-Pfalz og ligger nær det trelandsområde til Frankrig og Luxembourg. Byen er forbundet til det overregionale vejnet via B 419. Ved Palzem findes en dæmningsstation ved Mosel, og på den modsatte bred ligger den luxembourgske kommune Stadtbredimus. I Palzem munder Nenniger Graben, Dilmarbach, Buschbach, Spirzingerbach og flere andre fra højre side ind i Mosel.
