Mesenich er en by i den tyske delstat Rheinland-Pfalz og er en del af Landkreis Cochem-Zell. Det ligger ved Mosel mellem Cochem og Zell. Nogle kilometer fra Mesenich ligger de kendte steder Senheim og Beilstein. Mesenich har 299 indbyggere.
Hver sommer afholdes der en Weinfest i den første weekend i august i Mesenich. Hver anden weekend i september finder Kellerkirmes sted. Specialiteter i denne periode er Federweisser og Zwiebelkuchen.
