Moltzow er en kommune i det nordvestlige Mecklenburgische Seenplatte i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Den styres af Amt Seenlandschaft Waren med hovedsæde i byen Waren. Indtil 31. december 2004 var Moltzow administrativt centrum for det samme Amt.
Kommune Moltzow i Mecklenburgische Seenplatte ligger mellem den nærliggende Malchiner Sø og Müritz og er en del af naturparken Mecklenburgische Schweiz og Kummerower Sø. Det skov- og bakkede område når i sydøst en højde på 127 m over havets overflade.
