Putlitz er en by i det nordvestlige Brandenburg i Prignitz-distriktet. Den er sæde for Putlitz-Berge kontoret, som også omfatter kommunerne Berge, Gülitz-Reetz, Pirow og Triglitz.
Putlitz ligger nord for Prignitz ved Stepenitz. Inden for kommunens område ligger naturreservatet Putlitzer Hainholz og dele af naturreservaterne Stepenitz og Marienfließ samt dele af FFH-området Mathildenhofer See.
