Hille [ˈhɪl̩ə] er en kommune i Minden-Lübbecke distriktet i det nordlige Østwestfalen med omkring 16.000 indbyggere. Den blev dannet i 1973 som et resultat af den kommunale omstrukturering i Nordrhein-Westfalen gennem sammenslutningen af ni kommuner fra Mindener Land. Navngiveren er landsbyen Hille.
Kommuneområdet er 102,99 km² stort og omfatter udover lavlandet i den nordtyske lavlandsområde med det laveste punkt på 45,7 m højde, den del der stiger op til Wiehengebirge i den sydlige kant med op til 261 meter højde.
