Stockstadt am Main er en by i den underfrankiske Landkreis Aschaffenburg. Den er især kendt for slot Stockstadt og det ældste dokumenterede juletræ i Tyskland.
Hovedbyen ligger vestligt tilstødende til byen Aschaffenburg på venstre side af Main. I vest og nordvest for Stockstadt ligger grænsen til Hessen. Den topografisk højeste punkt i kommunegrænsen ligger med 144 m over havets overflade i skovområdet mellem Stockstadt og Babenhausen, den laveste ligger ved Gersprenzudmundingen i Main på 101,7 m over havets overflade.
