Bischofsheim i Rhön er en by i Landkreis Rhön-Grabfeld i underfranken, som før den 8. januar 2020 blev kaldt Bischofsheim an der Rhön.
De ældste dokumenter stammer fra begyndelsen af det 13. århundrede. Fund fra keltisk tid viser imidlertid, at Bischofsheim er meget ældre. Det antages traditionelt, at navngivningen går tilbage til den hellige Bonifatius. Fra Fulda, hvor han i år 744 grundlagde et benediktinerkloster, førte biskopens vej over Bischofsheim til kejserpaladset i Salz. Her grundlagde han således en bosætning for at hvile på vejen.
