Neugersdorf [ˌnɔʏˈɡɛrsˌdɔrf] er en bydel af byen Ebersbach-Neugersdorf i Landkreis Görlitz. Bydelen ligger i den sydøstlige del af Sachsen ved grænsen til Tjekkiet.
Neugersdorf ligger på den nordlige skråning af Hutungsberget i kilden til Spree ved den tysk-tjekkiske grænse i Lausitzer-bjergland, og udgør den sydlige del af byen Ebersbach-Neugersdorf. Med en station ligger Neugersdorf ved den jernbanelinje, der betjenes mellem Dresden–Bischofswerda–Zittau–Liberec af Süd-Lausitzer Bahn.
