Neugersdorf [ˌnɔʏˈɡɛrsˌdɔrf] è una frazione della città di Ebersbach-Neugersdorf nel distretto di Görlitz. La frazione si trova nel sud-est della Sassonia al confine con la Repubblica Ceca.
Neugersdorf si trova sul versante nord del monte Hutungsberg nella zona sorgentifera della Spree al confine italo-ceco nella regione montuosa della Lusazia e occupa la parte meridionale della città di Ebersbach-Neugersdorf. Con una stazione ferroviaria, Neugersdorf si trova sulla linea ferroviaria della Süd-Lausitzer-Bahn che collega Dresda, Bischofswerda, Zittau e Liberec.
