Melchow [ˈmɛlçoː] er en kommune i den sydlige del af Landkreis Barnim. Den administreres af Amts Biesenthal-Barnim.
Stedet ligger 40 km nordøstligt for Berlin-Mitte, tæt på kredsbyen Eberswalde. Melchow giver et ubemærket indtryk med brosten, et bageri, en avisbutik, en kirke, en "naturparkstation" og en afsides beliggende kirkegaard. I omegn, præget af det let kuperede, skovrige landskab i Eberswalder Urstromtal, ligger der også flere søer, såsom Samith- og Schwärzesee.
