Rathmannsdorf er en kommune i Sachsen nær byerne Hohnstein og Pirna. Kommunen ligger cirka to kilometer elb nedstrøms fra Bad Schandau i det højre elbiske naturlandskab af Elbsandsteingebirgen og grænser op til Nationalparken Sächsische Schweiz. Rathmannsdorf danner sammen med Bad Schandau og Reinhardtsdorf-Schöna forvaltningsfællesskabet Bad Schandau.
Den laveste punkt i kommuneområdet ligger i Elbdalen ved bydelen Wendischfähre på en højde af 120 m over havets overflade. Det højeste punkt ligger med cirka 245 m over havets overflade i bydelen Höhe på højderyggen over Bad Schandau. Her findes også det 15 m høje handicapvenlige udsigtstårn, der blev indviet i 2007, hvilket tilbyder en imponerende panoramaudsigt over klippeverdenen af Elbsandsteingebirgen. Tårnet har ikke kun en futuristisk arkitektur, men også en elevator, som ligeledes gør det muligt for ældre og gangbesværede personer at besøge tårnet.
