Grabowhöfe er en kommune i Landkreis Mecklenburgische Seenplatte i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Den administreres af Amt Seenlandschaft Waren, som har sit hovedsæde i den ikke-amtlige by Waren.
Grabowhöfe ligger mellem Mecklenburgische Schweiz og Mecklenburgische Seenplatte. I den yderste nordvestlige del af kommunen findes den Dybe Sø og den sydspidse del af den Flade Sø.
