Stort Düben, obersorbisk Dźěwin, er en kommune i Landkreis Görlitz i den frie stat Sachsen. Den tilhører forvaltningsfællesskabet Schleife og har bestået siden 1999 af de to steder Stort Düben og Halbendorf. Kommunen tæller til det officielle sorbiske bosættelsesområde i Oberlausitz.
Kommune Stort Düben ligger i den nordlige del af Landkreis i et skovrigt område i den nordvestlige kant af Muskauer Heide. Den ligger syv kilometer nordvest for Weißwasser og 14 kilometer øst for Spremberg. Motorvejen 156, der forbinder disse to byer, løber langs den nordlige kommunegrænse. Gennem kommunen fører den nu nedlagte jernbanelinje Weißwasser–Forst.
