Oederquart er en nedersaksisk kommune i den nordlige del af Stade kommune. Den er en del af samkommunen Nordkehdingen.
Samlingshistorisk kan fortiden for stedet opdeles i tre perioder. Efter Chauken- eller saksisk tid blev Oederquart mål for hollandsk kolonisation i det 12. århundrede samt den såkaldte brud- og moskolonisation af de seneste århundreder.
