Jülich er en by i den tyske delstat Nordrhein-Westfalen, beliggende i Kreis Düren ved Rur. Byen har 32.336 indbyggere på et areal af 90,40 km². Naboer byer inkluderer blandt andet Düren, Eschweiler og Linnich. Byen ligger cirka tyve kilometer øst for den hollandske grænse ved Ubach-Palenberg og den hollandske Landgraaf.
