Gatow er en bydel i Berlin, der ligger i den sydlige del af distrikterne Spandau. Gatow er en af de mindst befolkede bydele i Berlin med 3.741 indbyggere. I syd grænser den op til Kladow, i nord til Wilhelmstadt, i øst løber Havel og i vest er grænsen til Berlin, der adskiller Gatow fra de nærliggende kommuner Potsdam og Dallgow-Döberitz. Geologisk set ligger Gatow på udkanten af den glaciale prægede Nauener-plade til Havel-nedlandet.
Gatow beskrives også som et "landsby i storbyen". Så der er mange enfamiliehuse med haver og få flerfamiliehuse.
