Kurhotellet Binz ligger ved strandpromenaden, ved kurpladsen og ikke langt fra Binz's badebro i Ostseebadet Binz på øen Rügen i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. I dag er det et luksushotel i hotelkæden Travel Charme.
Berliner bankfolk investerede med "Ostseebad Binz AG" i udvidelsen af badeanstalten og lod bygge et kurhus, der blev indviet den 22. juli 1890. Blandt de første gæster var kejserinde Auguste Viktoria. Den bindingsværk bygning brændte ned den 1. maj 1906. I sommeren 1907 besluttede kommunalbestyrelsen at bygge et nyt kurhus i sten efter planerne fra den berlinske bygherre Otto Spalding. Bygningen blev et vartegn for badeanstalten.
