Horn-Bad Meinberg er en by i Kreis Lippe i det nordøstlige Nordrhein-Westfalen på kanten af Teutoburger Wald, som især er kendt for naturseværdigheden Externsteine. Bydelen Bad Meinberg er et lippisk statsbad.
Eggegebirge, der strækker sig fra syd til nord, møder ved Horn med sin nordlige ende den østlige ende af Teutoburger Wald, der strækker sig fra vest til øst. I kommuneområdet findes de to højeste bjerge i Eggegebirge, Lippische Velmerstot med 441,4 m og Preußische Velmerstot med cirka 464 m højde over havets overflade, samt den højeste top i Teutoburger Wald, Barnacken med 446,4 m højde. De to middelhøjder getrennes af kløften i Silberbach. Den laveste punkt i byområdet ligger 125 m over havet.
