Creuzburg er den største og navngivende bydel i den lille by Amt Creuzburg i Wartburgkreis i Thüringen og sæde for forvaltningsfællesskabet Hainich-Werratal. Creuzburg er vidt kendt for borgen Creuzburg.
Creuzburg ligger mellem Ringgau mod vest, Hainich mod øst, Thüringer Wald mod syd og Eichsfeld mod nord. Det ligger cirka to kilometer øst for den tidligere indre tyske grænse eller den hessiske grænse ved bredden af Werra. Markante bjerge og højder præger Werratal ved Creuzburg, herunder Wisch og Brückenberg i nærheden af byen, Große Pferdsberg, Entenberg, Schlierberg og Tellberg ved Wilhelmsglücksbrunn.
