De Schwarzer Mann er med sine 697,3 m den højeste bakke i Schneifel i Rheinland-Pfalz og den tredje højeste i Eifel-bjergene.
Denne bakke ligger i den vestlige del af Eifel, tæt på den belgiske grænse i Naturpark Hoge Venen-Eifel mellem Prüm og Bleialf. Over toppen og over hele Schneifel-bakkeen går landevejen L 20, som krydser B 265 mod nordøst og i sydvestlig retning fortsætter over bakken mod Brandscheid.
