Bietigheim-Bissingen [ˌbiːtikʰhaim ˈbisiŋən] ved Enz er en stor by i Baden-Württemberg, der ligger cirka 20 km nord for Stuttgart og 20 km syd for Heilbronn. Den har 43.137 indbyggere og er den næststørste by i Landkreis Ludwigsburg efter Ludwigsburg. Sammen med den nordlige naboby Besigheim danner den et mellemcenter for de omkringliggende kommuner i regionen Stuttgart. Sammen med nabokommunen Ingersheim og byen Tamm danner Bietigheim-Bissingen en samarbejdsaftale om forvaltningen.
