Bargischow er en kommune beliggende syd for Peene nær Anklam. Siden den 1. januar 2005 har den været administreret af Anklam-Land kontoret med base i kommunen Spantekow. Indtil den 31. december 2004 tilhørte kommunen Ducherow kontoret.
Kommune Bargischow ligger cirka fem kilometer øst for hansestaden Anklam. Jernbanelinjen Berlin–Stralsund krydser kommuneområdet mellem Bargischow og Woserow, mens den føderale vej 109 krydser det vest for Woserow. Mod vest grænser kommunen direkte op til hansestaden Anklam. Mod nord danner Peene, som munder ud i Peenestrom, grænsen. Mod øst grænser kommunen med halvøen Anklamer Fähre til Stettiner Haff, som i nordøst forenes med Peenestrom. Mod sydøst ligger Anklamer Torfmoor. Kommunen Bugewitz grænser mod sydøst og kommunen Neu Kosenow grænser mod syd op til Bargischow.
