Jungfernstieg i Hamburg er en gade ved den sydlige bred af Binnenalster i Hamborgs indre by. Den strækker sig fra Reesendammbroen til Gänsemarkt.
Oprindeligt som Reesendamm til at opbevare Alster, blev den i 1235 under grev Adolf IV. af Schauenburg og Holsten anlagt og var placeringen af Obermühle. En af egetræspælene, som dæmningen blev bygget af, er blevet til en skulptur af Richard Luksch, som kan ses på perronen for U1 og mindes ofrene for en vandindtrængen under bygningen af denne station i 1930'erne. Jungfernstieg var i 1838 Tysklands første gade, der blev asfalteret.
