Le Jungfernstieg à Hambourg est une rue sur la rive sud de l'Alster intérieur dans le centre-ville de Hambourg. Elle s'étend du pont Reesendamm à la Gänsemarkt.
À l'origine construite en 1235 comme Reesendamm pour retenir l'Alster sous le comte Adolf IV de Schauenburg et Holstein, elle était le site du moulin supérieur. Un des pilotis en chêne, utilisé pour ériger le barrage, a été transformé en sculpture par Richard Luksch, qui peut être vue sur le quai de la U1 et commémore les victimes d'une inondation survenue lors de la construction de cette station dans les années 1930. Le Jungfernstieg était en 1838 la première rue d'Allemagne à être asphaltée.
