Vandoverdragelsen i Hamm er en vandbygningsanlæg ved slusen Hamm i Datteln-Hamm-kanalen. Den tjener til vandregulering af det vesttyske kanalsystem og Lippe.
Det vesttyske kanalsystem fra Wesel-Datteln-, Rhein-Herne-, Dortmund-Ems- og Datteln-Hamm-kanalen forsynes med vand gennem topbeholdningen mellem kanaltrinene Datteln, Herne, Münster og Hamm og opretholdes på et jævnt niveau i de enkelte kanalholdninger. Selvom det ikke drejer sig om strømmende vandløb, transporteres der alligevel cirka 550 millioner kubikmeter vand om året i retning af Rhin, Ruhr og Ems eller går på andre måder tabt fra kanalsystemet. Gennem indførsel fra Lippe ved vandoverdragelsen udlignes dette tab.
