Goethestraße er en gade i Frankfurt am Main. Den strækker sig fra Goetheplatz i øst til Opernplatz i vest parallelt syd for Große Bockenheimer Straße. Den betragtes som en shoppinggade for tekstiler og forbrugsvarer i den højere ende. Udover filialer findes der gamle familievirksomheder. Mellem Goethestraße og Große Bockenheimer Straße ligger Kleine Bockenheimer Straße med Jazzkeller Frankfurt, Jazzhaus og andre restauranter. Med i gennemsnit 2.040 forbipasserende i timen er den den tredjemest besøgte luksusshoppinggade i Tyskland.
