Zimmermanns Kaffehus, nutidigt Zimmermanns Caffe-Hus, sjældent Café Zimmermann, var et café i Leipzig.
Zimmermanns Kaffehus lå i det barokke borgerhus, som blev bygget i 1717 af Christian Schellhafer, ejer af en kro på markedet, og som fra 1727 blev kaldt Oertels hus. Huset lå på Katharinenstraße nr. 14, hjørnet af Böttchergasse, tæt på markedet. Katharinenstraße var med sine barokbygninger en berømt pragtstrækning i 18. århundrede, der langt overskred Leipzigs grænser.
