Het Zimmermannsche Kaffeehaus, hedendaags Zimmermannisches Caffe-Hauß, minder vaak Café Zimmermann, was een café in Leipzig.
Het Zimmermannsche Kaffeehaus bevond zich in het in 1717 door Christian Schellhafer, eigenaar van een herberg op de markt, gebouwde barokke burgerhuis, dat vanaf 1727 Oertelsches Haus werd genoemd. Het huis stond in de Katharinenstraße Nr. 14, op de hoek van de Böttchergasse, dichtbij het marktplein. De Katharinenstraße was met zijn barokgebouwen een in de 18e eeuw ver buiten de grenzen van Leipzig bekende prachtstraat.
