Nordhausen sporvogn er en sporvogn, der drives af Nordhausen byværk, i den ydre nordlige del af Thüringen. Den kører på tre linjer inden for byen Nordhausen og over Harzquerbahn til omegnen af Ilfeld. Sporvidden er 1000 mm.
I 1898 indgik byen Nordhausen, som dengang havde omkring 35.000 indbyggere, en aftale med Elektrizitäts-AG om, at de skulle bygge og selv drive et kraftværk og en sporvogn. Den 1. april 1920 blev byen ejer af virksomheden.
