Domkirken St. Blasius ligger i St. Blasien i Landkreis Waldshut, i Sydsvarat. Den tidligere abbekirke for klosteret St. Blasien har en samlet højde på 62 meter og blev indviet i 1783. Den var dengang den tredje største kuppelkirke i Europa. Med en spændvidde på 36 meter hører dens kuppel i dag stadig til de største i Europa. Arkitekten Pierre Michel d’Ixnard opførte den i zopf-stil efter forbillede af Pantheon i Rom. Kirken bruges af den romersk-katolske menighed St. Blasius og er vært for en årlig international domkoncertserie, der finder sted om sommeren.
