Kloster Lüne er et tidligere benediktinerkloster og nuværende evangelisk damestift i byen Lüneburg i Niedersachsen. Det er et af flere klostre, der administreres af Klosterkammer Hannover. Den nuværende abbedisse er Reinhild Freifrau von der Goltz.
Det i 1172 grundlagte kloster etablerede sig snart som en velstående og autonome lokalmagt i Lüneburger Heide. Det rekrutterede sine nonner for det meste fra de indflydelsesrige Lüneburgs patricierfamilier og husede i størstedelen af sin eksistens op til 60 kvinder. De modtog uddannelse i latin, i de frie kunstarter og i den kristne lære samt liturgi. I løbet af det 15. og 16. århundrede ændrede klosterstrukturen sig først gennem klosterreformen i 1481 og senere gennem reformationen.
