Woblitzsøen eller Woblitz er en sø nordøst for byen Wesenberg i Landkreis Mecklenburgische Seenplatte i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
Woblitzsøen bliver delt af Havel, som i nordvest kommer fra Großen Labussee, udmunder og forlader søen i syd efter knap 4 kilometer ved Wesenberg mod sydøst. Kammerkanalen, der udmunder i nordøst af søen, forbinder Woblitzsøen med Zierker Sø ved Neustrelitz. En anden, men mindre betydningsfuld tilløb er Floßgraben, som dræner det lille søområde ved naturbeskyttelsesområdet Kalkhorst mod vest og strømmer ind i den østlige del af Woblitzsøen syd for bebyggelsen Voßwinkel.
